Reformat problems      3-Nov-09 03:30 pm
I have a virus on my computer in the registry, I am not certain of it's name it was something like, 'windowslive.exe' I have tried everything to remove it but nothing works. I tried to reformat Local disk C but when I clicked 'format' a message came up saying 'You cannot format this volume, formatting this volume could cause your computer to stop' Is this message normal or could the virus have caused it ? I have a Samsung laptop using Windows. Just how can I (Re) Format my computer, thanks in advance.
