Hi, I recently scanned with Anti-Spy and it said I had a virus, Pruserinf AV, also known as, Trojan-Dropper.Win32.Agent.angy, and also, Win32/Pruserinf.AV. It said this virus was in hkey_local_machine\software\3 . I tried to remove this with Anti-Spy but failed and was told I needed to give administritive rights to Anti-Spy. I have read you need to right click the Anti-Spy icon on your desktop to gain these rights but there is no icon on my desktop. I went to programmes on my computer and it says the only thing I can do with Anti-Spy is remove it, not give administritive rights. I scanned with Macafee and Malewarebytes and they say my computer is clean (these were installed after my computer was infected) Nothing seemed to work so I did a system restore on my laptop back to a few days after I bought it in January. I downloaded Anti-Spy again and did another scan, it said the virus was still there and I still can't remove it. Can anyone tell me what damage this virus does and how I can get rid of it ? I am new to computers and not really up on the technical stuff but any help would be appreciated, thank you .
